Why do we have diversions & disruptions?

Reasons to why we have Diversions & Disruptions are as follows: • Traffic Delay • Bus Breakdown • Road Works • Vehicular Accidents • New Routes/Timetable • Weather Conditions
Where does diversion/disruption come from?

Immediate diversions/disruptions are received through our dedicated AVL Team, Ground staff, and Inspectors who monitor the bus routes and analyze potential network disruptions to plan a safe journey. Planned diversions are received in advance prior to road disruptions through our Network & Planning department.
Can I take my scooter/e-bike on the bus? (Note: Electric scooter regulations need to be reviewed to verify permission to board) / Can I carry a bicycle?

We only allow folding bicycles that are folded and stored in bags on our services. This regulation is in place to ensure safety on our buses and to allow more passengers to use the bus service since regular bicycles take up a lot of space.
